A French Summer Is Just Around The Corner

Have you ever wandered the streets of Paris in search of the famous Le Puce markets?

The long walk through one suburb after another takes forever and when you finally arrive at your destination you come around the corner only to be met by hawkers selling sunglasses and Nike shirts.

 I can tell you though, don’t let this put you off. Even if you’re like me and can’t read a map to save your life its totally worth pushing on. Yes, you have to walk past the drug dealers and say “no” a thousand times to the fake shoe sellers. And even if that Rolex watch does catch your eye DON‘T STOP…

The reward of arriving at Le Puce is well worth the stressful passage and I have to confess this has been a place that I have always found inspiration. From the gold-gilded 17^th century chairs to the stacks of blue and white china, to the way the store holders create their displays just makes the passion for what I do grow even stronger every visit.
